Electronic Security Surveillance

CCTV Camera Surveillance & Video Analytics

CCTV Surveillance Systems prove themselves as the best investment as soon as they are installed. Full view of your premises and real-time recording as well as remote online access by owner/manager lowers the risk and prevents costly incidents such as burglary, fire, vandalism, etc.

Video analytics have been a game-changer, ranging from applications that count people at events, to automatic license plate recognition, along with other more well-known scenarios such as facial recognition or smart parking.

Video Analytics automatically recognize temporal and spatial events in videos. A person who moves suspiciously, traffic signs that are not obeyed, the sudden appearance of flames and smoke; these are just a few examples of what a video analytics solution can detect.

Access Control System

At an extremely basic level, access control is a means of controlling who enters a location and when. The person entering may be an employee, a contractor or a visitor and they may be on foot, driving a vehicle or using another mode of transport. The location they’re entering may be, for example, a site, a building, a room or a cabinet.

Access control system, we’re usually referring to an electronic security system. They typically use an identifier such as an access cards, to authorize people to enter certain areas. And, as they’re capable of logging who accessed where and when, they can provide valuable data to help you track how your buildings and sites are being used.

Fire Alarm System

A fire alarm is a unit made of Sensors/Detectors/Control Panel/Sounders etc., which uses visual and audio signalization to warn people about a possible fire, smoke, or carbon monoxide, Flammable Gas Leak occurrence in the area of coverage. Fire alarms are usually set to provide zonal coverage for residences and commercial buildings. The warning signal is either a loud siren/bell or a flashing light, or it can include both. Some fire alarm systems use additional warnings, such as sending a voice message or making a phone call.

  • Conventional Fire Alarm System – Zones are defined by wiring of the smoke detectors; Faults are indicated in the Fire Panel only Zone-Wise.
  • Addressable Fire Alarm System – Smoke Detectors are identified individually by Numbering and can be labelled in Fire panel so that fault is identified detector-wise therefore gives accurate information to manage crises effectively.
  • Wireless fire alarm systems do not use any wiring between the fire control panel and the other devices. Suitable for Small residence and shops and can be integrated into a smart home control system with various software applications.

Intrusion Alarm System

Intrusion alarm systems are designed to detect unauthorized entry into a building or area. The goals of an intrusion alarm system can be to warn occupants of an intrusion, scare away the intruder, notify the appropriate authorities that a break-in is occurring, or some combination of all of these.

Following are essential components:

  • A hidden control panel, with uninterrupted power source, which is connected to all other components, including a phone line.
  • A security keypad arming and disarming.
  • Passive infrared detectors (PIM) that use sensors to detect motion.
  • Door and window magnetic sensors triggering alarm in case of a door or a window is open.
  • Acoustic sensors detecting shock waves of glass breaking.
  • Sirens mounted inside and/or outside the building
  • A 24-hour back-up system that switches on if your phone line is cut off or your power supply is down.
  • A smoke detector that connects to a third-party remote surveillance agency (or)Police station

Time Attendance

Time and attendance systems (T&A) are used to track and monitor when employees start and stop work. A time and attendance system enables an employer to monitor their employees’ working hours and late arrivals, early departures, time taken on breaks and absenteeism. It also helps to control labour costs by reducing over-payments, which are often caused by paying employees for time that are not working, and eliminates transcription error, interpretation error and intentional error. T&A systems can also be used to ensure compliance with labour regulations regarding proof of attendance.

The latest technology allows the use of app (Application software) based Geo-fence capabilities. Allowing an employee to clock in & out only when they are within an Internet geolocation. Facial recognition systems are also available with these app-based software technologies, eliminating the need of Fingerprint scanners.

Employee Self-service Modules help in managing attendance, apply for leave, On-duty, Tours, check leave balance etc. More Add-on modules such as, Canteen-Management, Visitor-Management, Meeting-Room Booking, Payroll-Integrations, Guard Patrol System etc. are Optional

Video Door Phones

Video door-phone (also known as video door entry or video intercom) is a stand-alone intercom system used to manage calls made at the entrance to a building (residential complex, detached family home, workplace, etc.) with access controlled by audio-visual communication between the inside and outside. The main feature of video door entry is that it enables the person indoors to identify the visitor and, if (and only if) they wish, engage in conversation and/or open the door to allow access to that person.
